Q Course
We offer the Q Course to train a company Quality Assurance Department in all aspects of QA, using an appropriate GFSI program as a course syllabus.
Quality Assurance training for GFSI standards
Given the sophistication of industry and customer requirements, Government regulation, science, food safety scheme requirements and legal pressures, we can train personnel to be able to make sure all requirements are met.
This extensive course covers several options:
- Can be taken as a CEU for degree work ending in an AA degree
- Can be taken as non-CEU for various subjects or levels within the course- QC, QA or FSM level (individual only)
- Broken down into three levels usually one year each- everyone participates in each year no matter what experience or position they hold
- QC Level (Appropriate prerequisite programs apply)
- QA Level (Appropriate prerequisite programs apply)
- FSM Level (All prerequisite programs apply)
- A combination of:
- OJE (On-the-Job Education)
- Classroom
- Demonstration
- Supervisor Evaluation
- Testing

All classes are taught by GFSI Auditors with extensive PGFS experience

All instruction happens right at your processing plant
Administration
Books and other records provided as an extra, minor fee
Cost
- $10,000 per year, per individual
- Entire QA staff can be priced by size and scheme
